Daniel Stoner, CEO and Partner
Daniel has been actively involved in the Seattle commercial real estate scene for nearly twenty-five years. He spent the first fifteen years acquiring value-add opportunities across a variety of real estate product types. During the last ten years, Daniel’s focus has been on the acquisition, entitlement and construction of multi-family properties in the Seattle area. He created the Cubix™️ brand of affordable micro-apartments to accomplish this goal.
He graduated from Gonzaga University, earning Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and Communications, where he is currently on the Board of Regents. He lives in Seattle, with his wife and two children.
Mehul Vora, CFO and Partner
Mehul oversees all finance functions including budgeting, analysis and capital markets activity. Prior to NexGen, Mr. Vora spent twenty years in investment banking, venture capital and institutional investment management for two Fortune 100 companies, among others.
He possesses two Masters Degrees from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the Darden School of Business and a MSMIT degree from the McIntire School. He completed a BS in Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he also finished the requirements for a BSE in Computer Science. Mehul commutes between Seattle, WA and Arlington, VA, residing with his wife and two children.
Seth Dallob, COO and Partner
Seth oversees day-to-day operations for the company. Prior to NexGen, Seth was a Managing Partner in several private equity partnerships, a Project Manager at Allstate, and a Director at an automotive startup. Seth has deep experience with building tech infrastructure, startups, business development, Agile, Lean, and operations management.
He earned an MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and a BA in Radio/TV/Film from California State University, Northridge. Seth lives in South Lake Tahoe, CA with his wife.
